Paulino sets Diamond League 400m record of 48.48s in Paris

Dominican sprinter Marileidy Paulino clocked 48.48 seconds in the 400m at the Paris Diamond League meeting, setting a new all-time record for the series. Poland's European champion Natalia Bukowiecka, who had twice chased sub-50 seconds in Oslo and Doha, failed to break that barrier again in Paris.
