Perez and Bottas both retire from Austrian GP with Cadillac brake failures

Sergio Perez and Valtteri Bottas both retired from the Austrian Grand Prix in the opening laps due to brake problems with their Cadillac cars. Perez said "we cannot have these sort of issues" after the double retirement proved a damaging result for the team.
