Apple planning M7 Ultra Mac Studio for 2028 with major upgrades

According to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, Apple is working on a Mac Studio featuring an M7 Ultra chip, planned for release in 2028 with potentially significant upgrades. Before that, a Mac Studio with M5 Max and M5 Ultra chips is expected to launch later in 2025 as a straightforward chip refresh. The current Mac Studio, released in early 2025, uses M4 Max and M3 Ultra chips.
