EU lawmakers call for regulation of DeFi, staking and NFTs

The European Parliament has adopted a non-binding report urging an assessment of how DeFi, staking and NFTs should be regulated under EU law. The report also warns against member states creating their own national crypto rules alongside the existing MiCA framework. The document sets out Parliament's vision for the next phase of EU cryptocurrency regulation.
