Coinbase and OKX offer up to 8% bonuses to poach Binance's EU users after MiCA failure

After Binance failed to secure a MiCA licence to operate in the European Union, rivals Coinbase and OKX moved quickly to attract its EU customers. Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong and OKX CEO Star Xu both announced sign-up bonuses of up to 8% of deposits or transfers from other platforms.
