Colombian model murdered and hidden in suitcase — British doctor arrested in Ecuador

British doctor Matthew Foster-Smith, 46, was arrested in Quito, Ecuador, on suspicion of murdering Colombian model Natalia Villalba, 36. Villalba's body was discovered on 22 June in Bogotá, hidden inside a suitcase in a rented apartment. Foster-Smith was apprehended by authorities in the Ecuadorian capital.
