Teachers' union chief: Government offers just 3% pay rise despite earlier promises

He said Deputy Minister Katarzyna Lubnauer touts a 44% cumulative raise, but teachers see this as a misleading use of compound interest calculations. Teacher salaries remain closer to the minimum wage than the national average, despite earlier government pledges.
