Dietitian: Milk hydrates better than water in heatwaves — eat watermelon and chia
Poland's meteorological service IMGW has warned of temperatures exceeding 35°C in the coming days. Dietitian Martyna Puc advises that high heat causes significant loss of electrolytes and minerals, and recommends drinking milk (which hydrates better than water), eating watermelon, cold soups and chia seeds to replenish them.
