Hungary's MOL fined €122,000 for hiding Druzhba pipeline disruption from investors
Hungary's National Bank (NBH) fined oil and gas giant MOL 43 million forints (approximately €122,000) for concealing from investors information about the disruption to the Druzhba oil pipeline. Investigators found that MOL's management was aware of the need to seek alternative oil supplies to replace Russian crude, but delayed making an official announcement, breaching market disclosure obligations.
