40 Women Killed in Poland This Year by Partners — Groups Urge Government Action
Since the start of 2025, 40 women in Poland have been killed by their current or former partners, according to organizations fighting domestic violence. They have appealed to the government to establish a dedicated task force to develop effective measures against femicide. Without systemic action, women will continue to die, the activists warn.
