Poroshenko Proposes 5-Point Plan to Resolve Ukraine–Poland Row After Medal Controversy
Former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has put forward a five-point plan to resolve a dispute with Poland that erupted after Ukrainian state decorations were sent to Warsaw. Poroshenko wrote that "everyone gave vent to understandable emotions" and called on both sides to calm down. He presented his plan as sufficient to defuse the diplomatic row between the two neighbouring countries.
