Poland's Presidential Chief of Staff: Bad Poland-Ukraine Relations Are Ukraine's Fault Over UPA
Zbigniew Bogucki, chief of the Polish Presidential Chancellery, told RMF FM that Poland-Ukraine relations are in poor shape, but blamed the Ukrainian side for disregarding the memory of victims and breaching agreements made in Warsaw. He called the naming of a Ukrainian military unit after the UPA unacceptable from Poland's political standpoint. He added that diplomatic channels remain open despite the tensions.
