Puźniki exhumations enter phase 2; remains of 43 Polish victims found so far
The second phase of searches for mass graves of Poles killed by Ukrainian nationalists in 1945 has begun in Puźniki, western Ukraine. Professor Andrzej Ossowski announced that the remains of 43 people have been found so far at the site of the now-defunct village. Researchers will now examine a previously unexplored section of the local cemetery.
