These terms set out the rules for using FlashFeed, available at flashfeed.pl and in our mobile apps. By using the service, you accept the rules below.
Last updated: June 23, 2026
These terms govern the use of the FlashFeed service. The service is operated by Damian Domżalski, doing business as Damian Domżalski Software Services, ul. Morska 7a/72, 84-240 Reda, Poland (Tax ID / NIP: 5882472990). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.
FlashFeed is a free news aggregator. We collect publicly available information from RSS feeds and news services, and then present short summaries of it prepared with the help of artificial intelligence, together with a link to the original source.
The summaries are informational and indicative. They are generated automatically and, despite our care, may contain simplifications or errors. They do not constitute legal, medical, financial or any other advice. For important matters, always verify the information at the original source.
Rights to the original materials belong to their publishers. FlashFeed presents short summaries for informational purposes and links back to the source every time. If you are a rights holder and believe your content is being used improperly, write to kontakt@flashfeed.pl — we will respond promptly.
When posting comments, you undertake not to publish content that is unlawful, offensive, spam, or that infringes the rights of others. We reserve the right to moderate and remove content that breaks these rules.
We provide the service "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the summaries, nor for the content of the external services we link to.
We may update these terms, for example when the service's features change. The current version is always available on this page.
For matters concerning these terms, write to kontakt@flashfeed.pl. Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law.
