We respect your privacy and collect as little data as possible. You can use this site without creating an account. Below we explain what data we process and why.

Data controller

What data we process

  • Browsing data (cookies). We store small identifiers in your browser that make the service work: an anonymous session ID, your chosen language, your selected interest categories, a visit-streak counter, and where you arrived from (e.g. from a search engine).
  • Reactions and comments. If you react to an article or post a comment, we store the content together with the associated session ID. Comments are public.
  • Account data (optional). An account is not required to read. If you create one, we store your name, email address and an encrypted (hashed) password — so we can save articles and sync them across your devices.
  • Statistics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the service is used (for example which articles are read). This data is collected in aggregate form.

Why we need it

We use this data solely to make the service work and to make it more convenient: remembering your settings, tailoring the feed to your chosen categories, keeping things secure, and improving the app based on anonymous statistics. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

Who we share it with

We rely on trusted providers that process data on our behalf: our hosting provider (server infrastructure), Google Analytics (statistics), and the provider of the AI model that summarizes articles. Only the text of public news articles is sent to the AI model — never your personal data.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, port it, and to object. You can also clear cookies at any time in your browser settings. If you believe we are processing data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
